ANKARA, 18 February 2016: President of Pakistan Mr. Mamnoon Hussain has strongly condemned the bomb blast in Ankara, Turkey and expressed profound grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives in the tragic incident. In his condolence message, the President stated that the people and the Government of Pakistan equally share the grief of their Turkish brethren in this hour of trial and strongly condemn this cowardly act of terrorism.
The president said that Pakistan has always lauded the role of Turkey for international peace. He said that Pakistan condemns the acts of terrorism in any part of the world. President Mamnoon Hussain stated that Pakistan has rendered immense sacrifices in fight against terrorism adding that collective efforts at international level have to be made to eliminate this scourge.
